Bentonsport Campground
| Visitors LOVE the quiet setting of the Bentonsport Campground facility. Imagine a camp area surrounded by nature with trees aligning the park on three sides while the Des Moines River meanders on its way on the southern border of the campground. If you are lucky you can pick out a spot right on the water's edge like the lucky campers pictured.
Look closely during most any given day, and off in the distance
you're likely to see families "tubing", canoeing or kayaking down the
beautiful Des Moines River. The campground is within a short walk of the Bentonsport Historical District. |
