EXHIBITION AREA: Bentonsport riverside park. Outdoor show, be prepared! No rain dates, no refunds.

SET UP TIMES: Check in at the Greef General Store upon arrival in Bentonsport (2-story brick building with porch on Hawk Drive along the river). Set up times are Friday- 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday- 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. You must stop and sign in at the Greef Store and check with the manager to assist with booth space. Special arrangements for Thursday set ups are not encouraged but can be done at extra cost and on agreement with the manager.

SET UP FEE- $35.00 received by the day before the show starts.$40.00 on the actual day of the event. ELECTRIC- $10.00- pre-approval required, limited space. Checks payable to: Greef General Store, 21964 Hawk Dr., Bentonsport, IA 52565

RESERVED SPACE REQUESTS: Reserved spaces are based on: date of receiving full payment for each event, availability, electric needs and size of unit. The Manager has the authority to relocate vendor at her discretion. Comments, requests or health issues can be noted on the back of the lower half of this form. You may keep the top half.

EXHIBITORS must provide their own display equipment. Campers & RV’s will be allowed with displays in some areas. Be prepared for outdoor weather! B&B’s and campgrounds with water and electric are also available on first come basis and for limited fee.

FOOD will be available for purchase during the hours of the show & free coffee or hot chocolate by 8:00 am at the Greef Store for vendors on show days.

This Bentonsport event is sponsored by the Van Buren County Conservation Board. We reserve the right to reject any item; no obscene or pornographic literature or pictures, no firearms or fireworks allowed.
